Shane has successfully resolved many files, which involved Defendants unwilling to compensate his client prior to his involvement. He has also been involved in a number of significant cases including Bonaiuto v. Pilot Insurance Company and Hazan v. Ing Insurance Company.
Shane is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) and the Advocates’ Society. He ranked as a leading Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer by his peers in Best Lawyers in Canada®. He has served as a presenter and a panel member at continuing legal education programs, and he has been a mentor for multiple articling students and junior lawyers.
