Harp has spent over 10 years in construction, property & professional liability, which includes liability claims against various professionals, discipline hearings, commercial and residential real estate disputes, property loss, construction liens, condominium disputes and matters involving the Ontario Health and Safety Act. Harp also provides contracts and bidding advice.
The substantial portion of Harp’s experience has been in insurance defence. He started in the area of property loss and slip and fall. From 2010 to 2014, Harp practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto that specialized in professional liability for professional engineers. As such, Harp focuses on providing specialized legal services to the engineering community in Ontario.
Harp graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce. He obtained his law degree from the University of Victoria, British Columbia.
