Mr. Sadro is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practice law in the Province of Ontario and the State of Florida. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in Florida, where he graduated in the top 2% of his class, magna cum laude.
While in law school, Mr. Sadro participated in his school’s Moot Court Honor Board and he was the President of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. During his law school career, Mr. Sadro worked as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Joel B. Toomey of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
In Florida, Mr. Sadro focused his practice in the areas of insurance coverage disputes, insurance claim presentation, bad faith matters, appeals, and commercial litigation. Upon his return to Canada, Mr. Sadro completed his Articles of Clerkship at a boutique criminal defence firm. He regularly represents clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and various Administrative Tribunals.
Mr. Sadro earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at York University and brings his business background into his law practice. Mr. Sadro serves as outside general counsel to small and mid-size businesses in their day-to-day operations. His clients are from a variety of industries, including artificial intelligence, food service, construction, manufacturing and financial services.
They seek Mr. Sadro’s advice to promote their health and growth in a variety of corporate/commercial matters ranging from business planning and acquisitions, equity and debt financings to avoiding or resolving business disputes and other disruptions.
